Patients experiencing recent health decline, frequent emergency room visits and hospitalizations, or those suspending aggressive treatment may be eligible for hospice care. The Pines Hospice provides comfort and care wherever the patient calls home (i.e., private residence, Assisted Living Facility, group Care Home).
